Honey Crisp Cocktail

While it might be starting to feel like winter, technically fall is still here for another few weeks! That means it's the perfect time to take advantage of the fresh apple flavours still in season. This tart drink is the refreshing transition into the chillier weather.

Recipe:

- 2 oz Revelstoke Premium Gin No. 1

- ½ oz apple cider vinegar

- ½ oz lemon juice

- 1½ oz honey syrup*

- Dash of allspice

Build drink in rocks glass with ice and add apple matchsticks, thyme sprig, cinnamon stick as garnish

*Honey Syrup: ½ cup honey, ½ cup water, heat up in saucepan and stir until blended
